Cyber Security Center became a member of the prestigious international organization

Cyber Security Center became a member of Anti-Phishing Working Group. Thus, appeal for cooperation from CSC positively accepted by the organization, signed agreement between the parties , and CSC has been accepted in the list of official members of the research team.

This event will enable to continue successful policy pursued by the government in the international arena in the field of cyber security in Azerbaijan. Thus, within the framework of cooperation APWG grants Research Partnership right to Research Partners. Research Partner is entitled to contribute Phishing Report Repository Information to the Phishing Reporting Address as specified by the APWG. Research Partner hereby agrees to make best efforts to ensure that Report Repository Information shall correctly and accurately indicate fraudulent Phishing information, and to promptly correct any such information deemed to be erroneous by APWG or an APWG member.

Also APWG gives right to partners to subscribe and to use news and reports, to participate in APWG meetings.

The APWG established in 2003 and currently there are more than 2,000 enterprises worldwide participating in the APWG. The APWG is the worldwide organization unifying the global response to cybercrime across industry, government and law-enforcement sectors. The APWG plays the role of a single platform to discuss phishing and cybercrime issues and to provide the potential technological solutions. The APWG has been cooperating organizations such as the European Commission, Council of Europe's Convention on Cybercrime, United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the Organization of American States.
