An international symposium in cooperation with DEA (Data Exchange Agency) and the FIRST organization held in Tbilisi –the capital of Georgia in October of this year. Stuff of Cyber Security Center under the Ministry of Communication and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Aysel Hadiyeva and Farhad Rahimli represented our country in this international event.

During the program, other countries CERT members as well as stuff of First international organization shared their experiences and exchanged their views.

Basically, the following topics were discussed at the symposium which covered a program of a two day cyber security topic:

• The necessary preparatory actions and  organization and support of technical facilities for the prevention of DDoS attacks
•  
• Using an international experience for selection and preperation of new experts for increasing effectiveness of CERT teams’ work
•  
• An international data streams perception and proccesing in the field of information security
•  
• An international and national legislative databases in the field of information security
•  

Cyber Security Center stuff showed an active participation in the discussions.
