Information security has become an important factor and we often hear about incidents such as deletion and theft of information, destruction of websites, disrepair of servers. Both the state and the private sector, the concept of cyber security has a great importance and to maintain information assets of organizations is one of the important factors. Problems, that organizations of these sectors faced during the ensuring of cyber security are as follows:

• To start widely use information systems which requires high integration and complex structure;
• To be under threat of computers, softwares and developing network structures;
• To expose attacks to the existing and new technological systems and to detect  securities;
• The need of organizations to the systems which are high productivity and with reasonable price;
• The responsibilities and the effects of legal and regulatory issues in the field of cyber security;
• Organizations and individual citizens not to be sufficiently aware on information security;
•  

For the solution of this problem   government agencies and private organizations provide to keep the degree of security in a sufficient level with preparing standards and laws in the field of information security, resources are used in the right direction and carry out the best cybersecurity practices.

Currently there are many types of the existing standards, but all of these standards may not be valid for all agencies and organizations. It is recommended the implementations of national standards which prepared on the basis of international standards, related to control and proper management of information security.
